Position: Sales Agent
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and market engagement? Join Ahununu Trading and contribute to transforming Ethiopia’s logistics sector through innovative customer engagement and sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and sell the company’s logistics and courier services in assigned areas
– Conduct market activation and customer acquisition campaigns
– Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and partners
– Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
– Monitor market trends and report regularly on performance and challenges
– Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in the field
Qualifications:
– Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
– Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales, preferably in logistics, FMCG, or field activation
– Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
– Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
– Willing to travel to Addis Ababa for initial training
