Position: Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (EHS) strategies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections across production sites
- Identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions
- Deliver regular safety training sessions and awareness campaigns
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, audits, and incident logs
- Support emergency preparedness and safety equipment inspections
- Advise management and staff on risk mitigation and compliance
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internships or certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and international safety standards
- Experience with safety auditing, hazard identification, and emergency planning
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inspecting safety gear and preparing reports
- Detail-oriented and proactive in enforcing safety protocols
