Available Positions
1. Senior Cyber Security Architect
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and post-degree qualifications)
- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in the telecommunications industry
- Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CISA, NSE-4, NSE-6)
Key Skills:
- Network, endpoint, and cloud security
- Securing hybrid IT environments
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT frameworks
- System administration and operating system hardening

2. Specialist: Cyber Security Architect
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, including 2 years in cybersecurity
Key Skills:
- Network, endpoint, and cloud security
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT frameworks
- Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP Security, NSE-4, NSE-6)

3. Specialist – Big Data Development and Operations (Contract)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience
Key Skills:
- Web and mobile development (ReactJS, NextJS, PWA)
- REST API integration
- Version control with Git and DevOps practices
Location: Addis Ababa
4. Specialist – Digital Channels Development and Operations (Contract)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Information Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience in IT or telecom environments
Key Skills:
- Datacenter and campus network management
- Router, switch, and firewall configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco, FortiGate, Huawei)
- Load balancer management (F5, Radware, Citrix)
- IPsec configuration, LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols
- CCNA or HCNA certifications are an advantage

5. Specialist – Business Intelligence Development and Operations (Contract)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in Power BI, data warehouse design, OLAP, and ETL frameworks
- SQL, SSRS, and SSIS skills required
Location: Addis Ababa
6. Manager: Consumer Insight and Analysis
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial performance management, business planning, CVM, pricing, or data analytics, preferably in telecommunications
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, data warehousing, and ETL
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Understanding of telecom KPIs (ARPU, churn, retention, customer segmentation)
- Leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and performance management
