Available Positions
1. Junior Accountant
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, ERP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Good communication skills for interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
- Language proficiency in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English
2. Import Documentation Officer
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in import documentation within an import/export company
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Customs Single Window (ESW) is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
- Language proficiency in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English
3. Operation Manager and Coordinator
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Processing, or related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing operations management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and operational improvements
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software
- Specific expertise in chip processing, packaging, and related machinery
- Language proficiency in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English
4. Senior Accountant
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
- Language proficiency in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English
