ABOUT THE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM
The Young Professionals (Pre-Service) Program is a dynamic six-month paid training initiative designed to equip fresh 2025 graduates with practical, interdisciplinary skills in the insurance sector. The program is structured to prepare high-potential talent for full-time roles at EIC across various departments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Minimum GPA: 3.2
- Year of Graduation: 2025 (2017 E.C.)
