The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships 2027 invite highly qualified national and international students to pursue Master’s and PhD studies in Germany. The scholarship supports students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance and a strong commitment to social justice, democratic values, political participation, environmental sustainability, and progressive social change.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master’s applicants must be enrolled in a state-recognized German university.
- PhD applicants must provide proof of admission or official supervision confirmation from a German university.
- Must provide proof of university admission or enrollment.
- Must demonstrate strong academic achievement.
- Must possess at least B2 level German language proficiency.
- Applications may be submitted in either German or English.
- Participation in social, community, or political activities is highly valued.
- Preference may be given to:
- Women applicants
- Students from non-academic families
- Applicants with immigrant backgrounds
