JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Contact Center Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Fluent in English (Tigrigna is a plus).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.
- Provide product information and log interactions accurately.
- Upsell services when applicable.
Location: Addis Ababa (Preference for Goro, Koye Feche, Tuludimtu, Summit, Bole, or near ICT Park)
Work Type: Hybrid (Some office days, some remote)
