JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Junior MIS Officer
Education: BA/BSc in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related fields (graduates from 2022 or later).
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in query building
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 2: Agency Banking and Alternative Channels Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital Financing, or a related area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 3: Digital Financing Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital Financing fintech, or a related area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related field
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama
Position 5: Branch Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama
Note: Training in IFB is Advantageous.
