Position Overview: Reservation and Ticketing Agent
The Reservation and Ticketing Agent is responsible for managing airline reservations, issuing tickets, handling customer inquiries, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge of reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Aviation Management, or related fields from recognized institutions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in airline reservation and ticketing
- Proficiency in airline reservation systems
- Certificate in Galileo reservation system is required
- Strong communication skills in English and Amharic; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
