Red Cloud ICT Solutions PLC is engaged in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, providing services in Data Center Operations, Cloud ERP Hosting, E-commerce, Financial Technology, Virtual Internet Services, and Sales Automation.
The company is seeking motivated and talented fresh graduates to join its technical team as a Junior IT Engineer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in networking, server administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, and automation technologies.
Position: Junior IT Engineer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux/Ubuntu server administration.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or similar.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or Python is an advantage).
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a practical technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain security policies for cloud servers.
- Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Assist with security operations, permissions, and access control management.
- Support configuration and maintenance of network devices including routers and firewalls.
- Participate in cybersecurity and infrastructure projects under supervision.
- Learn and implement emerging technologies, AI, and automation tools.
- Document system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve server and network performance.
