Department: Banking Operation Officer
Duty Stations: Agaro, Bedele, Gesha, Mizan, Chewaka, Darimu, Chora, and Asendabo.
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of banking experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or in an equivalent position.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will support cash-related customer service and banking operations, helping ensure accurate transactions and efficient service delivery in accordance with the bank’s procedures.
Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor
Department: Banking Operation Officer
Duty Stations: Welkite, Yebu, Dedo, Gesha, Shebe, Mettu, Darimu, and Yayo.
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of banking experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or in an equivalent position.
Position Overview
The Branch Operation Supervisor will support the coordination and oversight of branch banking operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with established banking procedures.
Position 3: Grade I Branch Manager
Department: Banking Operation Officer
Duty Station: Gechi, Buno Bedele Zone.
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or in an equivalent position.
Position Overview
The Grade I Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, support business performance, manage service delivery, and help ensure compliance with the bank’s operational policies and procedures.
