POSITION 1: Customer Service Officer
Branch: Agaro Branch
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience in roles such as bank trainee, junior officer, or equivalent
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of core banking systems
- Commitment to delivering prompt and courteous service
POSITION 2: Branch Manager
Branches: Agaro Branch & Wollo Kombolcha Branch
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other business fields
- At least 5 years of banking experience, including 3 years in senior operational or leadership roles (e.g., CSM, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch operations, business development, and customer service
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence
- Drive profitability and branch-level strategic execution
- Supervise, mentor, and manage team performance
