Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience as a Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or an equivalent position.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Cashier, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or an equivalent role.

Position 3: Retail & MSME Officer III
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at Officer level.
- Experience in preparing reports using advanced Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or an equivalent position.

Position 5: Grade I Branch Manager
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years as an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or an equivalent leadership position.

Position 7: Principal I – Partnership & Strategic Alliance
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or another related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Team Leader, Senior Institution & Diaspora Customer Relationship Officer, or an equivalent position.
