Boston Partners PLC is inviting ambitious and talented fresh graduates to join the Kuriftu Trainee Manager Program, a comprehensive management development initiative designed to prepare participants for leadership roles across Kuriftu Resorts and hospitality businesses throughout Ethiopia.
Position: Kuriftu Trainee Manager Program
The program is open to fresh graduates in the following fields:
Hotel and Tourism Management
Number of Vacancies: 25
Finance and Accounting
Number of Vacancies: 16
Business Management or Human Resource Management
Number of Vacancies: 9
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or college.
- Have successfully passed the National Exit Examination.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Have an Exit Examination score of 65% or above.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in building a career in the hospitality industry.
- Be willing to work at any Kuriftu Resort or hospitality business across Ethiopia.
