Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in banking (CSO, Junior CSO, Trainee, or equivalent)
Duty Stations: Jimma, Gesha, Dedo, Yebu
Position 2: Branch Accountant
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years banking experience
- At least 1 year in relevant roles
Duty Stations: Jimma, Gesha, Dedo, Yebu
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years banking experience
- At least 1 year in cashier/CSO roles
Duty Stations: Jimma, Gesha, Dedo, Yebu
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years banking experience
- At least 3 years in managerial roles
Duty Station: Jimma (Gesha)
Position 5: Branch Manager
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years banking experience
- At least 3 years in managerial roles
Duty Station: Shashemene
