Available Positions
1. Junior Architect
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
Experience:
- 0–5 years (Fresh graduates encouraged)
- Experience in design projects (offices, hospitals, banks, etc.)
Skills:
- Knowledge of Ethiopian architectural standards
- Proficiency in architectural design software
2. Human Resource Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in HR (preferably in design/construction companies)
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
- Excellent English communication and writing
- Teamwork and HR process management
3. Plumbing / Sanitary Engineer
Education:
- BSc/MSc in Plumbing or Sanitary Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years
Skills:
- Design of sprinkler, sewerage, and water systems
- Familiarity with Ethiopian standards
- Software and technical drawing skills
4. Mechanical Engineer
Education:
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years
Skills:
- HVAC, ventilation, firefighting system design
- Technical drawing and engineering software
- Strong teamwork and communication
5. Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Education:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in electrical design
Requirements:
- PPEE Certification
- Experience in large-scale building projects
- Strong knowledge of power systems & weak current systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools
