Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Graphic Designer
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in:
- Graphic Design
- Animation
- Visual Communication
- Or related fields
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internship or freelance work accepted)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Graphic design
- Motion graphics
- 3D animation work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Basic knowledge of 3D software such as:
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- Maya
- Or similar tools
- Understanding of web and social media design standards, including responsive visuals
- Knowledge of print production processes, file formats, and resolution requirements
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
