Position: Junior Accountant (Accounts Payable)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
- Experience with ERP/accounting software is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and support general accounting activities
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth finance operations
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Understanding of accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Career Progression:
- AP Accountant → Senior Accountant → Finance Executive
Location: Lege Tafo, Sheger City
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with standard business hours
- Additional support may be required during month-end closing
