Position Summary
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates and junior professionals to join our team as Project Assistants. This role is ideal for those eager to build a career in project management, construction consulting, or business development within the construction industry.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- MBA/MA in Project Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related field
- BSc/BA in Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of project management principles
- Good presentation and reporting skills
