PSS operates the first multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure, delivering state-of-the-art payment solutions across ATM, POS, e-commerce, mobile banking, and card clearing services for member banks.
Available Position
General Service Officer I
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, liaison services, or related work is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager, Procurement & Facility in vendor research and data management.
- Prepare bid documents, invitations, and organize bidding programs.
- Manage procurement processes, quotations, and Proforma invoices.
- Maintain office facilities and ensure they are clean, safe, and habitable.
- Oversee maintenance, renovations, and ensure value for money in service delivery.
- Monitor Occupational Safety and Health standards.
- Manage fleet operations, fuel usage, and transport services efficiently.
- Maintain records, documentation, and inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure office operations comply with organizational policies and efficiency standards.
