Available Positions
1. Digital Banking Officer / E-Banking Officer
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital banking, IT systems, or electronic payment systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with core banking systems, mobile platforms, and digital financial services.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital banking platforms and operations, including electronic payment systems.
- Research e-banking market trends and develop customer-focused solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
- Improve digital adoption, platform uptime, and overall performance.
2. Senior Budget and Treasury Officer
Qualifications & Skills:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage budget, treasury, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance in all financial processes.
3. Manager – Credit Service & Portfolio Division
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in microfinance, credit appraisal, and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee credit services and portfolio management processes.
- Screen potential customers and approve loans following institutional policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Manager – Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Division
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in managerial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, leadership, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead resource mobilization and customer service strategies.
- Coach staff and ensure adherence to high-quality service standards.
- Promote teamwork, ethical conduct, and institutional strategic goals.
