Position 1: Electrical Engineer
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven project management experience in electrical contracting or construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, work quantification, and billing processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel periodically to sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee electrical project execution from start to completion.
- Quantify and verify executed works against project specifications and standards.
- Prepare and monitor payment schedules aligned with milestones.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for compliance.
- Plan and schedule project activities for timely delivery and resource optimization.
Position 2: Senior Accountant & Cashier
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Cooperative Accounting, or related fields.
Experience:
- BA: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- BA + additional experience: Minimum 2 years.
- MSc: Minimum 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions and customer payments (cash, checks, deposit slips).
- Examine financial records and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Monitor and ensure timely payments.
- Balance cash drawer and process financial transactions.
- Oversee daily financial operations in line with company standards.
Location
Both positions are based at the Pluto Electrical Solutions Head Office, Addis Ababa.
- The Electrical Engineer role involves periodic site visits.
