Position: Machine Operator
Education & Training:
- Level IV in Controlling Technology Management, General Metal Fabrication & Assembly, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills & Characteristics:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work with initiative.
- Capability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate subordinate workers during production.
- Ensure availability and quality of raw and packaging materials.
- Report mechanical/electrical problems to shift leaders and technicians for immediate resolution.
- Conduct hourly quality checks during production to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prevent equipment damage and ensure proper use of machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area; ensure availability of cleaning materials.
- Oversee safety compliance during the production process.
- Record and report production issues to supervisors, both in written and verbal form.
- Ensure production continuity by preventing product storage and related process interruptions.
