Position: Senior Field Sales Consultant
We are looking for 80 energetic and results-driven Senior Field Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals to contribute to Ethiopia’s real estate sector while advancing their careers in a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and engage prospective property buyers.
- Effectively present GRE’s residential and commercial real estate offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with measurable performance.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Verify and confirm sales performance through accurate reporting.
- Represent GRE with professionalism and integrity at all times.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven success in real estate sales, preferably as a Senior Field Sales Consultant.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently or in teams.
