Position Overview: Marketing Officer (Research Insight)
Pixel Import & Export is seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing Officer with a strong background in research and business development support. The successful candidate will play a key role in researching market trends, analyzing customer behavior, and generating insights to guide marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Support the design, management, and execution of research plans to inform marketing and business development strategies.
- Gather and analyze internal and external data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver research reports, executive summaries, and visual presentations for decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Track and report on KPIs and emerging consumer insights that could influence business growth.
- Assist in the creation of business cases, proposals, feasibility studies, and campaign strategies.
- Design and administer surveys, interviews, and other research tools to collect field data.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and innovation initiatives across teams.
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations and provide periodic progress updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, research, business development, or project support roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and independence in work execution.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and curious with a passion for business growth and innovation.
