EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of Grade 12 or above.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have 1–3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Outbound sales
- Telemarketing
- Call center operations
- Telesales
- Customer acquisition
- Business development
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Candidates should demonstrate the following skills:
- Fluent English: Excellent spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally are mandatory.
- Strong communication, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-discipline, resilience, professionalism, and accountability.
- Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage but is not mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Agents will support the company’s outbound sales operations by contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, handling customer questions, following up on sales opportunities, and working toward assigned sales targets.
The role also requires professional customer communication, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent performance in a target-driven environment.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Monthly gross salary: ETB 20,000 before deductions.
- Income tax and pension contributions will be deducted as applicable.
