POSITION: JUNIOR CARD PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must have a TVET Level III–IV qualification in one of the following fields:
- Manufacturing Technology
- Mechatronics
- General Mechanics
- Electrical and Electronics
- Industrial Machine Drive
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Technology
- Other related technical fields
Work Experience: No prior work experience is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Junior Card Production Machine Operator will assist with production processes and operate manufacturing equipment under supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving input materials from the previous production stage.
- Preparing, cleaning, and loading materials for machine operation.
- Assisting machine operators during production.
- Operating production equipment under supervision.
- Performing quality checks on semi-finished products according to established standards.
- Coordinating with Quality Control and Maintenance teams during production.
- Transferring approved products to the next production stage.
- Recording production activities and preparing daily production reports.
- Maintaining machine cleanliness and performing routine housekeeping.
- Participating in training, job rotation, and skills development activities.
- Following company safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Basic machine operation skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures.
- Discipline, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Good physical health.
- Good eyesight, with no visual impairment that affects safe machine operation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and comply with factory operational requirements.
SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT
- Salary: According to the company’s salary scale.
