1. ሞተረኛ (Motorcyclist)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Completed 10th grade (ትምህርት፡ 10ኛ ክፍል).
- Work Experience: 1–3 years.
- Driving License: Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Addis Ababa roads, neighborhoods, and surroundings.
- Residency: Preferably close to the city center.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Responsible and reliable in delivering company tasks.
- Quick, proactive, and able to start work immediately with complete documentation.

2. Senior Mechanic (Heavy & Light Vehicles)
Required Skills:
- Proficient in diagnosing mechanical issues for both heavy and light vehicles.
- Skilled in performing repairs and maintenance efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experienced in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in mechanical contexts.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in vehicle maintenance.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
