Position: Outdoor Sales Agents
As an Outdoor Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and register new drivers to our ride service platform. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role suited for energetic and persuasive individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new drivers to the YANGO ride-hailing platform
- Promote and explain the registration process
- Assist drivers in onboarding and mobile app usage
- Meet daily and weekly targets for sign-ups
- Report activity and performance updates to the sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 12th grade completed
- Ability to quickly understand and use mobile applications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Positive team player with a strong work ethic
