Position Summary: Operator

Are you a strong communicator with a passion for customer service? Hilton Addis Ababa is looking for a dedicated Operator to manage internal and external communications, support hotel operations, and enhance guest satisfaction by delivering timely and professional responses to queries and emergencies.

 Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest and management messages and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy

• Manage wake-up calls and ensure timely delivery

• Respond to emergencies and relay accurate, comprehensive information

• Promote hotel facilities and services through up selling techniques

• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and services

• Ensure all communications reflect Hilton brand standards

• Collaborate with other departments as needed

• Follow health and safety protocols, fire regulations, and hotel policies

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills (especially telephone etiquette)

• Proven commitment to delivering high-level customer service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel communication systems

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is a plus
