Position: Sales and Marketing Associate
Qualifications & Skills:
- BA Degree in Marketing or Sales & Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopia’s local tourism market and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic
- Proficient in social media marketing, digital advertising, email campaigns
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet targets
Experience:
- 0 years (fresh graduates are welcome)
Key Competencies:
- Adaptability, communication, and problem-solving
- Social media/digital communication skills
- General office skills: mailing, document handling, photocopying, scanning, filing, and travel/meeting arrangements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote travel and tourism services
- Generate new clients and sales through targeted marketing initiatives
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and coordinating marketing events
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tourism boards, and partners
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports
