Available Positions
Position 1: Real Estate Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales
- Strong digital presence
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and manage client relationships through marketing and networking
- Represent and market properties for sale or lease, and conduct property showings
- Advise clients on market conditions, valuations, and pricing
- Assist clients with sales processes, contracts, and coordination with relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and procedures

Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Real Estate Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Number of Positions: 30
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Camera Man & Videographer
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Film, Media, Photography, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Cameraman/Videographer (portfolio required)
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Knowledge of drone operation and real estate videography is a plus
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
