Position Summary
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance systems, and organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
- Experience in fast-growing or dynamic organizations is preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and ERP systems
- Experience with ERPNext is an advantage
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance standards

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Policy Development
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements
Performance Management
- Oversee appraisal systems and support employee performance improvement
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace standards
Payroll and Benefits
- Work with finance team on payroll and benefits administration
HR Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze HR data to support decision-making
Working Conditions
