Position Summary
The Junior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for supporting daily branch operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with some experience.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- BA Degree or TVET Level IV/III in:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Management
- Agri-Business
- Related fields
Experience:
- 0 / 2 / 3 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support at branch level
- Handle client inquiries and assist with financial services
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support daily operational activities of the branch
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
