Nyala Motors Share Company was established in April 1973 and started operations with the sale of Datsun automobiles. Today, the company serves as the exclusive distributor of Nissan motor vehicles, UD trucks, VE commercial vehicles, Unicarrier forklifts, and Macpower batteries in Ethiopia.
The company’s headquarters is located in Addis Ababa at the Megenagna–Airport Ring Road with a fully established aftersales service center. Nyala Motors also operates branch offices in Dire Dawa, Hawassa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, and Jimma to provide services for customers across Ethiopia.
Available Positions
Position 1: General Maintenance
Educational Qualification
- 10+3 or Level III in General Mechanics, General Electricity, Machining, or related fields from a recognized college or TVET institution
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in general maintenance
- Experience in electricity, plumbing, and office equipment maintenance is preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to maintain generators, plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and machine handling
- Understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to identify root causes and solutions for maintenance issues
- Strong communication skills to explain technical problems and solutions
- Ability to perform preventive and scheduled maintenance activities
- Experience reading work orders, preparing cost estimates, and recording maintenance activities

Position 2: Senior Sales Representative
Educational Qualification
- BSc/BA Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing Management, or related fields from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forecast and predict future sales performance
- Strong understanding of products and services being sold
- Good application of sales methodologies and customer engagement techniques
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to diverse situations
- Business performance-driven mindset
- Valid Grade 3 driving license required
