NISCO is recruiting recent graduates for its Graduate Trainee Program – VII (NISCO GTP-VII). The program is designed to develop fresh graduates from different academic backgrounds into future insurance professionals.

Minimum Qualification

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Insurance
• Management
• Marketing
• Accounting
• Economics
• Related fields

Additional Requirements

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
• Must have a certificate of passing the national exit exam
• Must be a graduate of 2018 E.C. / 2026 G.C.
• No work experience required
• Applicants must be under 25 years of age
• Applicants should have a strong desire to excel and a passion for professional growth.
• Applicants must be willing to undergo training and sign a contract agreement.
