1. Marketer
Education

2. Sales
Education

3. Tour Operator
Education

4. Ticketing Officer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Ticketing, or a related field
- IATA certification is mandatory
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre
- Knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare structures, and routing regulations
- Experience with airlines such as Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Flydubai, and EgyptAir is an advantage

5. Ride Driver
Experience
- Candidates with 5+ years of professional driving experience are particularly encouraged to apply
6. Hot Air Balloon Pilot
Requirements
- English/language proficiency Level IV or above
- Relevant balloon pilot license/certification as required by the aviation authority
- Minimum 50 hours of flight experience
- Valid aviation medical certificate
7. Ground Crew
Requirements
- Aviation Diploma
- Valid aviation-related license/certificate
- Ability to safely support balloon launch, landing, passenger handling, and ground operations
8. Chase Vehicle Driver
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Good knowledge of safe driving and vehicle handling
- Ability to work under changing field and weather conditions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hot-air-balloon chase vehicle or related operational driving services
9. Safety and Quality Manager
Requirements
- Aviation Diploma
- Safety Management System (SMS) training certificate
- Knowledge of aviation safety, risk management, and quality procedures
- Ability to monitor and maintain safety and operational standards
10. Balloon Ground Technician
Requirements
- Aviation Diploma
- Valid aviation-related license/certificate
- Technical knowledge of balloon equipment and ground systems
- Ability to support operational safety
- Minimum 6 years of aviation industry experience
