Position: Graduate Trainee
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip recent graduates with hands-on experience, professional training, and exposure to various functions within the microfinance industry. The program aims to build the next generation of financial professionals who will contribute to the institution’s mission of empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience
- Fresh graduates (2025) are encouraged to apply.
- No prior work experience required.
Purpose of the Program
The Graduate Trainee Program offers structured, on-the-job learning opportunities designed to:
- Build a strong foundation in microfinance operations.
- Develop technical and interpersonal skills.
- Foster leadership, innovation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions across multiple departments.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Support data collection, reporting, and basic financial analysis.
- Collaborate with teams and supervisors on ongoing projects.
- Demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
