As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Position: Customer Service Agent
The Customer Service Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in any sector involving client service or customer communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Positive customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to delays, missing packages, or incorrect delivery details.
- Process customer orders, schedule pickups, and answer general service-related questions.
- Collaborate with courier and warehouse teams to resolve logistical challenges.
- Record all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the company database.
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
