Position 1: Graduate Trainee – IT
Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related
- No experience required
- Graduates of 2025 GC only
Position 2: Junior Customer & Resource Partner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Customer service or hospitality experience (advantage)
Skills:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving ability
Position 3: Branch Manager
Requirements:
- BA/Master’s in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related
- 2 years (Master’s) or 4 years (Bachelor’s) experience
- Senior-level experience required
Position 4: Director, Audit
Requirements:
- Master’s (8 years experience) or Bachelor’s (10 years experience)
- Experience in banking/microfinance
- 4–5 years managerial experience
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CIA) required
