Position: Route to Market Specialist
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Marketing
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Business Management
- Or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Logistics or Sales within an FMCG environment
- Experience in applying Route to Market (RTM) strategies is an advantage
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of RTM models and commercial application
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with routing and logistics software
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
- Capability to design and optimize distribution and sales strategies
Role Summary
The Route to Market Specialist will be responsible for optimizing distribution networks, improving sales efficiency, and ensuring effective product delivery strategies across markets. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
