Open Positions
1. IFB Officer
- Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years in banking, with at least 2 years as Associate IFB Officer
- Additional: Knowledge of Islamic/Interest-Free Banking (Sharia) is advantageous
- Location: Hossaena District Office
2. Facility Management Officer
- Qualification: BA in Procurement, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years in relevant field, including 2 years in a Facility Management or equivalent role
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
3. Principal CBS (Core Banking System) Support Officer
- Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Experience: 7 years total; at least 2 years as Senior CBS Support Officer or 3 years as CBS Support Officer
- Location: Head Office
4. Company Secretary
- Qualification: MA/BA in Management, Law, Journalism, Public Admin, International Relations, or related fields
- Experience: 11 (BA) or 13 (MA) years in banking or governance, with 3–5 years in managerial/corporate affairs roles
- Location: Head Office
What We’re Looking For
- Deep understanding of banking operations and facility oversight
- Expertise in CBS platforms and digital banking systems
- Legal, governance, or secretariat background for executive communication roles
- Candidates with Islamic Finance (IFB) experience are highly encouraged
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
