1. Junior Full Stack Developer
- Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 1+ years in Java, API development, SQL, Oracle DB
- Location: Head Office
2. Junior System Administrator
- Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related
- Experience: 1+ years with Linux/AIX, virtualization, WebLogic, IBM systems
- Location: Head Office
3. IT Security Officer
- Qualification: BSc in IT/Computer Engineering or related
- Experience: 2+ years in IT security, networking, UNIX/Linux systems
- Location: Head Office
4. Banking Business Officer I
- Qualification: BA in Economics, Accounting, Business fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking operations
- Location: Agena & Harar
5. Senior Banking Business Officer
- Qualification: BA in Economics, Management, or related
- Experience: 3+ years in banking (2+ in branch roles)
- Location: Agena & Harar
6. Branch Manager
- Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, or related
- Experience: 5+ years in banking (2+ as senior officer or manager)
- Location: Agena & Harar
7. Customer Service Manager
- Qualification: MA/BA in Economics, Management, or related
- Experience: 4/6 years (2+ years as senior officer in branch operations)
- Location: Agena
Required Competencies (Varies by Role)
- Strong command of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles
- Sales, marketing, and customer relationship expertise
- Technical proficiency in core banking and IT infrastructure
- Effective communication, coaching, and team leadership
- Language fluency in local languages (advantageous)
- Deep understanding of Sharia-compliant banking products
