Position 1: Junior Dispute Settlement Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in digital banking
- Experience in dispute settlement or digital banking operations is required
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Dispute Settlement Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 4–6 years of relevant banking experience
- At least 2 years in dispute settlement or related digital banking roles
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Senior Payment Card Support Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- 4–6 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years in payment card support or digital banking operations
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Branch Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- 5–7 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years in roles such as Business Manager, Operation Manager, or Customer Service Manager
