Position 1: Call Center Operator
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- BA/BSc Degree in Arts, Science, or other related fields
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer service
- FMCG or beverage industry experience is an advantage
Language Requirements:
- Amharic
- English
- Tigrigna (preferred)
- Afan Oromo (preferred)
- Other local languages (preferred)
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Executive Assistant
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- BA Degree in any field
Experience:
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Professional and strong interpersonal skills
- Additional international language is a plus
- FMCG experience is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Area Sales Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial role in FMCG industry
Key Requirements:
- Strong sales leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and drive market growth
- Experience in FMCG sector strongly preferred
Location: Central Region (Debre Birhan)
