Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.The Bank commenced its operation in 28 October 1999 by 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.Nib International Bank S.C wants to hire qualified applicants to the following positions.
Position 1: Senior Talent Acquisition and Management Officer
- Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management or related fields of study.
- Work Experience & Required Skills: 6 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Talent Acquisition & Management Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2: Organizational Design & Development Officer
- Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management or related fields of study.
- Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Associate Organizational Design & Development Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 3: Manager, General Accounts and Financial Reporting and Budget Control Division
- Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
- Work Experience & Required Skills: 10 years of banking work experience of which 3 years in Expert, Principal, Supervisory or other equivalent level in Accounts and Financial Reporting area.
