Goh Betoch Bank SC, the first private mortgage financial firm, is officially set to open its door as of October 25 as the 21st bank at its headquarter. Goh Betoch Bank S.C was founded by 11 visionary individuals, veteran bankers, investors, and academicians who have a strong devotion to their country and people.The reasons behind the inception of this, the first of its kind or pioneer private mortgage bank in Ethiopia include huge housing backlog, unaffordability of houses due to the rising cost of construction, persistent inflation, poor housing financing scheme in the country, among others.The Bank was set up by 6,657 shareholders with a sum of Birr 1,056 million subscribed and Birr 521.5 million paid-up capitals. Following three years of establishment process, the Bank completed all the regulatory requirements and secured its license from the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) on July 28, 2021.Goh Betoch Bank S.C is looking for interested and qualified applicants for the following Job positions.
Position 1: Data Center Attendant
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of Diploma /10+3/ Level 3 and above in Information Technology and any other related fields with 2 years related work experience.
Location: Head Office
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management or in business Related filed and Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2 years related work experience.

Position 3: Planning and Strategic Research Officer
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 3 years’ related work experience in planning, strategic & research areas.

Position 4: Digital Banking Officer
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 3 years’ experience in digital banking areas.

Position 5: Customer Service Officer III
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 3 years’ related work experience in banking operations.
Location: A.A & Jimma
Position 6: Risk Management Officer
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 3 years related work experience in risk and/or compliance activities.
