1. Banking Business Officer (BBO)
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience
- Experience as a Junior Banking Business Officer is required
Location: Ginnir and Dodola branches under Adama District
2. Associate Digital Sales Officer
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years as Junior Digital Sales Officer or equivalent
Location: Head Office
3. Associate Digital Product Development Officer
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years as Junior Digital Product Development Officer or equivalent

4. Banking Business Manager I
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience
- At least 3 years as Banking Business Officer or equivalent

5. Internal Control Officer I
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience
- At least 3 years as Banking Business Officer or equivalent
Location: Newly opened Ginnir Branch under Adama District
6. Digital Product Development Officer
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years as Associate Digital Product Development Officer or equivalent
Location: Head Office
7. Senior Digital Product Development Officer
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years as Digital Product Development Officer or equivalent

8. Senior Strategy and Change Management Officer
Education
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years in Strategy and Change Management or equivalent positions

9. Principal Digital Products Quality Assurance Officer
Education
- MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 5 years with a Master’s degree or 7 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years as Senior Digital Products Quality Assurance Officer or equivalent

10. Principal Digital Sales Officer
Education
- MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 5 years with a Master’s degree or 7 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years as Senior Digital Sales Officer or equivalent

11. Branch Manager I
Education
- MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 6 years with a Master’s degree or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years as Branch Manager II or equivalent
Location: Olenchiti and Ginnir branches under Adama District
12. Manager, District Banking Business Division
Education
- MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 8 years with a Master’s degree or 10 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years as Branch Manager III or equivalent
