Open Positions – Entry-Level & Junior Roles for 2025
Position 1: Junior Claims Officer
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification:
- BA in Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- No experience required – Fresh graduates welcome!
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and attentive over extended periods
- High moral and ethical standards
- Resilience to work under pressure
- Familiarity with financial software
- Integrity in handling confidential data
Position 2: Secretary Cashier
Location: Lamberet Branch Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification:
- Diploma/Level IV in Accounting, Budget Services, or related fields
Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cash register machines, POS systems, and PCs
- Basic math and analytical ability
- Prior work as a cashier or sales representative
- Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset
