JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Audit Associate
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of one year audit experience in external audit firm
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Prior internship or entry-level audit experience preferred
- Pursuing a relevant professional accounting certification (ACCA) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of audit engagements, including risk assessment procedures and developing audit programs.
- Perform field audit work with audit team
- Perform detailed financial statement audits, reviewing supporting documentation and verifying transactions for accuracy.
- Conduct analytical procedures to identify potential areas of risk and anomalies within client financial data.
- Prepare comprehensive audit documentation, clearly outlining findings and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with senior team members to effectively manage client relationships and communicate audit results.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, auditing methodologies, and industry regulations.
